This software will be good to try out since I currently have my 1st rental property up and running and am currently working on converting my current primary residence to a rental property in a few more months.

Nice. I don't think I've won anything based on luck in years, although I'm an Ohio State win away from winning my NCAA pool. Which is essentially luck!

I never knew that Quicken had a software specifically geared towards rental properties. I look forward to hearing how you used this to manage your rental property!
