Millionaire Meditation Free Ebook

On the fringe of personal finance, I stumbled on this free ebook on how to manage the stress of higher paying jobs. Its basically a book about mediation for people who don't meditate. Find something you love to do and use it to reduce your stress levels. This sounds like something I need to look into.

I haven't read the whole book yet, but looks like some easy reading I'll add to my list.
