$25 for Signing up for A Free RME Account
I stumbled across this promotion at Revolution Money Exchange for $25 to open an account and signed both myself and my wife up - an easy $50 for us. The application process was 2 minutes per account and the money was immediately added. Appears to be no fees on the withdraw of the funds as long as you link to your bank account. I linked our bank accounts today, but it takes a couple days to confirm link with 2 small deposits. Hopefully by the end of the week we will have the $50 in our bank account.
RME appears to be a no cost Paypal alternative although I can't see how they make an money. Here is a link to their fee schedule.
*Full Disclosure: I will earn $10 for referrals via links.

Just confirmed I was able to move the full $50 out of the two accounts we signed up for with no problems. Took 4 days end to end from sign-up to deposit in bank account.

I signed up for RME w/ no problems - 3 business partners and a friend signed up. An easy $140 for the business (and $25 for the friend).
