Free Money with Beer Rebates

The holidays are fast approaching and with them another great tradition - the ever glorious beer rebate. I have written about beer rebates over the years as I see them as a great opportunity to get something for nothing.

My family recently picked up these two beer rebates in the beer displays at Kroger & Food Lion.

One rebate is for $10 back when your spend $25 or more on Thanksgiving food (that could be pretty much any food item). The other is a $10 rebate on the purchase of any $50 gift card. In theory you could stack them by buying a $50 grocery store gift card and then using the gift card to purchase $25 of food.

The great part of these rebates is they typically don't require any beer purchase and they are typically on stuff you would buy anyway. Its basically free money from the beer companies for a little paperwork. Happy Thanksgiving!
